And now, for something completely different...

You probably know that every few months I post music samples that I've composed, as a way of keeping the blog up to date (sort of). I thought it might be worth mentioning that while most of my music is for films, I also compose for other kinds of projects.

Not too long ago, I got a call from Media General, which owns dozens of television stations around the country. After a few meetings, they asked me to compose a news themes for their stations. I gotta' tell you, news music isn't my speciality, but it sounded like a great challenge. The project turned out to be really enjoyable, and everybody seemed pleased with the final product.
