"The Power of Forgiveness"

I had a chance this March to score a PBS film that's really different. Called "The Power Of Forgiveness", the film takes a look at forgiveness from several different perspectives, including relatives of those killed on 9/11, holocaust survivor Elie Weisel, and even the Amish community that was devastated by the mass murder of children at one of their schools last year. Pretty fascinating stuff, actually.

Because of the nature of the film, I had a chance to compose and produce a fair amount of "ethnic" music (Irish, Vietnamese, mid-eastern, etc.), which is a challenge, but always fun to do!

The airdate for this PBS special hasn't yet been set, but you can hear a few shortened samples from the score, below.

As soon as the PBS airdate is set, I'll post it here.
